Overview

This project focuses on designing a comprehensive campaign aimed at helping individuals navigate, understand, and cope with burnout. Drawing from my research exploration kit, I developed key insights into burnout and translated them into actionable, creative solutions. The campaign included a fun, interactive card game to offer a lighthearted yet meaningful way to engage with the topic, encouraging self-reflection and stress management. The project blends informative design with empathy, offering a holistic approach to addressing burnout.
